We are proud to announce that Providence Point has officially been awarded a 5Year Accreditation from CARF International, the highest level of accreditation possible. This recognition is a significant achievement and speaks volumes about the dedication, expertise, and heart of our entire team.

For those who may not be familiar, CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services. Earning a CARF accreditation is a rigorous processone that requires organizations to meet an abundance of standards focused on quality, safety, and personcentered care. This Accreditation is a clear demonstration of our ongoing commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Throughout the survey process, our surveyors spent time with residents, staff, and leadership, gaining a full understanding of the Providence Point community. Their feedback highlighted not just our strong systems and practices, but also the warmth, compassion, and professionalism with which our staff serve every day. To us, that was the most meaningful validation of all.

This accomplishment could not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our staff across every department, as well as the trust and support of our residents and their families. Together, we have built a community that puts people first, and we are honored that CARF has recognized that.

Receiving the Accreditation is not the end of a journey, but a milestone along the way. We remain dedicated to continuously raising the bar and ensuring that Providence Point continues to be a place where excellence and compassion thrive side by side.

We share this recognition with all of youour residents, families, staff, and supportersbecause it is truly a reflection of our collective commitment to making Providence Point the best it can be.
